George has 25 years of experience in providing program management, systems integration, consulting, and analytic services to the public and private sectors. The majority of his experience is related to business transformation and systems replacement, new program development, organizational restructuring, process engineering, and change management.
George is currently an industry Vice President in public sector responsible for Federal finance and infrastructure agencies and for the state and local government and education services west of the Mississippi River, a $450 million business entity.
Previously, he held IBM’s work at the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship, public sector services sales and financial management consulting practice, with 600 consulting personnel.
He currently resides in Rockville, MD with his wife, Lynn and 2 children, Trey and John.

Ed Jenkins is an accounting professor here at Penn State. He is also an experienced business executive with an extensive background in tax, manufacturing and business. He has 25 years of experience in the accounting profession, having worked at three of the remaining big four accounting firms. He is published by the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, and currently works as a tax consultant for Boyer & Ritter, LLC.
